The Community Center Great Room can accommodate up to 50 persons which makes it a favorite place for group parties and community get-together's and has ample parking.
It fetaures a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, A/C and a full kitchen. It also includes a mounted TV/VCR with cable, banquet tables, folding chairs and comfortable leisure furniture. The Great Room also looks out onto the pool patio from a large veranda.
Reserving the Community CenterThe Community Center Building and Pool are available for the personal use of owners and residents of the Northgate Community. Commercial and corporate activities are not allowed. Residents who are tenants of Northgate must obtain their unit owner’s co-signature on this rental agreement form.
The rental fee is a $75.00 and a damage deposit of $200.00 will be required to reserve the community center. You can download the Rental Agreement Form here with the complete rules & regulations.
The Community Center is rented on a first come first serve basis and all fees must be prepaid in order to reserve your date. Once the office receives your check, you will need to contact the Community Center liaison indicated in the confirmation letter to schedule your walk-thru. You are responsible for cleaning the center and taking all trash to the curb. Your deposit will be returned to you after 10 business days per post event inspection.
