The grounds at North Gate represent a safe and leisurely lifestyle unmatched in our area. North Gate residents can enjoy paved, gas-lighted walking trails that create a pathway through the grounds. The gas lights of North Gate keep our neighborhood illuminated even during power failures.

Our walkways do not bring residents along street traffic, they meander quietly along the lighted paths creating a park-like feeling. Along the walkways you will see our tennis court, clubhouse, playground and residents gardens.

The North Gate Pool is one of the most beautiful pools in Washington County. The pool is surrounded by an iron and brick privacy wall that adds beauty as well a security. The pool is maintained by the community association and staffed with certified lifeguards whenever it is open. Two diving boards and a kiddie pool insure that all North Gate residents and their guests will enjoy this spectacular amenity.

Please help to keep North Gate clean and safe!

We would like to remind everyone that it is the expectation of pet owners to clean up and dispose of any pet waste; this includes in mulched play areas. These specific regulations are in place to uphold the cleanliness and aesthetic of the North Gate Community. Furthermore, we want to support the overall health and safety of all people and animals who may utilize these areas. The common areas are to be enjoyed by everyone.

We ask that if you witness anyone in violation of this, and you can identify the person(s) by name and/or residence address, to report it. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me via email at jennifer@apmrep.com. We ask that all property owners who do not reside within the community ensure that your tenants receive this information. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Residents are welcome to join the meeting at any time beginning at 4:30 PM. The Open Floor portion of the meeting will begin at or after 5:30 PM.

October 15- Fall Festival

Join us on 10/15 from 4-6 pm for the North Gate Autumn Taste and Paint. Bring your favorite soup or chili to share with your North Gate neighbors. The North Gate HOA will provide water, toppings, desert and paint. Yes paint, bring a pumpkin or gourd and enjoy decorating it.

Let us know if you will be there -how many are attending and what you will be bringing at ngcaboard@gmail.com, so we can plan accordingly.

We are looking forward to seeing our neighbors as we gather for food, fun and friendly conversations.

December 10- Tree lighting including hot cocoa, treats and photo opportunities including pictures with Santa ( need help planning, decorating, hands on to help during the event, cleanup).
